Outside of work, Lisa enjoys spending quality time with her young family, trying out new recipes in the kitchen, exploring new destinations on weekend breaks, and catching up with friends whenever she can.

Laura is a CeMAP-qualified Mortgage Case Manager with over 13 years of experience in financial services. She understands that every mortgage journey is different and knows how important clear communication and reliable support are throughout the process. Laura is friendly, approachable and organised, and builds strong relationships with clients. She works hard behind the scenes to make the mortgage journey as smooth as possible and is here to support you every step of the way, keeping you updated, answering your questions and helping to make the process feel straightforward and easy to navigate. With a keen eye for detail and a genuine commitment to providing excellent customer service, Laura takes pride in making sure every client feels informed, supported and looked after from application through to completion. Away from work, Laura's other full-time role is answering to the hungry demands of her toughest boss – her young son! When she's not on mum duty, you'll usually find her catching up with friends or enjoying a well-earned glass of something and an M&S picky bits feast.

Elaine, who works alongside the team at YM, has over 25 years in the mortgage industry and helps to attract new clients as well as keeping in contact with all the lovely clients she has built up over the years. She is well known in the industry and is very much a 'people' person, hence the reason clients stay with her and refer their friends and family for advice. When not working Elaine spends her time travelling with an annual trip to NZ a must to visit her family there and other destinations when she gets the chance. She also loves quality time with her good friends & family, eating in lovely restaurants and catching up. Live music is also one of her passions and loves a trip to the theatre and music events.
